Grandma's Pizza at Toscana Thin Crust Pizza in Clinton has one of the best pizza's. It is so good that my wife actually called the restaurant, after we first ordered it, to say how great it was.
The pizza takes about thirty minutes to make going in and out of the oven to even out the cooking process. As the owner said to me, "Grandma doesn't like to be rushed ." It is thin and crispy with a sauce that tastes similar to the sauce I've had in New York's Little Italy. The mozzarella is fresh, and the parsley aroma wow. This pizza is fantastic, and I rate it a five out of five. Also, don't forget the fresh cannoli for dessert!
